Looking at the reviews, it seems things would've gone better if Martin (or Olivia) were there tonight. Maybe they were, but I was never acknowledged after being in store for 15min. I just came in to buy a phone case for my new phone. My husband came to this location last week and said service was good - that's why I gave the 3 stars. I think it would be reasonable employees to simply acknowledge someone's presence and see if there's a quick question they can answer. After no help and sifting through what I thought were my options, I just left. I'll order online from Apple.

That was the best experience upgraded my phone The sales person Martin was very patient with me explain every detail every question a have he answer for me . I appreciate it Martin Thank you and I recommend it Roanoke store

AT&T policies are pretty archaic. I was trying to simply make an appointment to setup internet for a house I am buying. Having just arranged all of my utilities to take affect on a specified day, AT&T won’t let you do this until the current resident has cancelled their service at the same address. If one waits for this to happen, then there will be a 1-2 week delay before a technician can be scheduled out.nnFortunately, the young man who was working that day is knowledgeable about this and was able to do a workaround (by tricking the system by making it appear as though I was transferring service from a nearby apartment). This way, he was able to schedule a technician on the date requested.nnThis employee was by himself and despite having several customers, he was very polite and got everyone taken care of.nnThe employee gets 5+ stars, but AT&T needs to find a way to have new customers be able to start service on their move-in day.

Very unhappy with my experience. Brought in my husband's previously paid-off phone (purchased him a new one), after confirming with 3 different phone representatives he would be given $700 credit if we brought it in store. Their website also stated that amount after inputting my husband's phone information. The employee working that day, Tamika, processed a $200 credit without confirming with us first, even after I expressed to her what we were there for. We then proceeded to show her our phone, displaying what the AT&T website stated we would receive. She went on to tell me it cannot be reversed because credits are final. I requested to speak with the manger of the store, Olivia, but still no further help. Very frustrating that we lost out on full credit because of their error. Feels dishonest and that we were rushed to be handled without care. We will be looking to switch carriers because AT&T's high customer volume obviously results in low customer service.
