Dr. Stetler is out there to just get your money. She and her aestheticians sold me hundreds of dollars of skin care products and none of them worked. I got better results from what I purchased at the drugstore. She has no idea what she is talking about. She just wants people to come in and buy as many treatments and packages as possible from her med spa to fill her deep pockets. She is a greedy capitalist and has no concern for the patient or the patient's results. I recommend you find another dermatologist before stepping foot into hers.

I had been going to Jennifer Scheiderich from 2012-2019. I have been since going to a new dermatologist, where I have been diagnosed with chronic cystic acne and rosacea. Jennifer told me consistently for 7 years that my redness was just my face-there was nothing I could do-as well as having me on the highest dose of Spironolactone for 3 of these years. I was also on an antibiotic for 6 years which ended up giving me chronic yeast infections. In 3 appointments at my new dermatologist my face looked better than it looked in 7 years of going to Jennifer. I genuinely believe she is a terrible dermatologist and that no one should EVER go to her. She consistently made me feel dumb for asking questions, is horribly condescending, and will do nothing to help your face. Do not EVER go to her.

I've been going to Lori Stetler's office as far back as 10 years including when Allison Singer was part of the office. I called today and was directed to voice mail describing my request for an appointment about concerning raised dark areas on my face. Nobody from her office bothered to follow up or call back to address my issues. I think her clinic has more interest in med spa treatments rather than helping with skin dermatology concerns.

I’ve seen Dr. Stetler and her staff twice now and they’ve been fantastic! Dr. Stetler is very personable, kind and thorough. I’ve never left feeling like I was rushed which is increasingly rare in healthcare these days. I’ve been to several dermatologists in the Dallas area and she’s impressed me the most! Her staff is so genuinely nice, which really does make the experience that much better.nI’ve also had a Clear & Brilliant treatment done with Alex who was so sweet and reassuring. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely continue going back!
