I'm glad I found FW 3 yrs ago, the ladies are always friendly and helpful. Dr Rudman is great and he takes his time to explain tests & results. Highly recommend if you need hormone treatment
Fast and professional service. Facility was very clean and all personnel friendly and helpful. I plan on going back often.
I had an 11 am appointment for a Covid rapid test. I arrived early, so I proceeded to go inside to check in. As I walked in, a worker was also walking. I gave her my name, told her I have an 11 am appointment and asked her if I needed to check in and wait in my car? I noticed others were waiting in their car. She said that they would call me and to wait in my car. So I wait... 11 o'clock comes and goes...and no call. Cars are pulling up and the workers are coming in and out administering tests. So I eventually flagged someone down, gave them my name and appointment time, to then be told that I needed to CALL to check in. So I called.... a worker picked up the phone, placed me on hold then hangs up the phone. I wait some more and call back...no answer. I continue to wait... and nothing. I eventually just left. There's obviously a break down in your process and customer service that needs to be addressed. Especially considering folks opt to patronize your business despite you all not accepting insurance.
Lauren was very professional and knowledgeable. They were fast with their home call and fairly priced. Highly recommended.
The people at Formula Wellness are very nice, very helpful and very professional. They are knowledgable about the products and services they provide and they will take the time to explain it to you.
