Called up there during the quarantine to see if they had webcams and was told by a lady she was with a customer and super busy so come up to the store. I am thinking to myself she must be alone and jammed up so I risked leaving my house to see if they had what I needed. I walk into the store 10 minutes later, not a customer in sight and there were 3 people working the store. They didn't have my item and I wished the lady I had spoken with had taken the time to ask on her co-workers to check for me instead of me risking going out only to find they didn't have the item I needed.

To manager THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS LOCATION GREAT AGAIN!! really well trained and looking to help you from the time you enter the store. People don't seem annoyed with helping you look for the product that is going to work for you. also knows about the differences in prices and quality. I've had a previous bad experience at this store but this place earned back my business. also helped me with a water cooler that was damage and no one seemed to know what to do.

Ive been to this place before and they were very nice and did their job well in binding my books with a spiral, but the second time I went, it was a different lady and she messed it up pretty bad....her first attempt in binding the book, there were pages falling out because she punched the holes carelessly.... I asked her to photocopy it and rebind it... when I got it back, she had punched holes in the wrong spot and had it stick out the sides very unevenly with the scanned holes on the inside..... I was already having a pretty horrible day and the fact i needed to correct this lady three times was alot.... so I just left. Not very happy with the turn out and probably wont go there again for this.

The staff here is exceptionally nice and helpful! I went in literally minutes before closing and was warmly greeted and was told someone would be with me shortly. To me, I find it extremely important for business associates to acknowledge new customers even when busy assisting someone else. An associate came to ask if I needed aassociates shortly thereafter and let me know I could take as long as I needed even though the store was technically supposed to be closed. Because of this superb customer service this will be my go to office supply store!
