I received a Brazilian wax . Let’s just say Andrea was nothing short of amazing. She made my experience great. It did not hurt as bad as some people said it would and she also gave me tips on how to make the experience less painful for my next wax . Andrea kept me informed every step of the way.Book Andrea!!! Walking into this place it had a very bad smell of body odor even with my mask on. I was offered a free wax for training purposes, I agreed and was asked if I could change my appointment to 7:00pm instead of 7:15, Someone came out and announced they were running behind and my waxee was “going as fast as she could” after hearing the front desk person with a dissatisfied customer on the phone at 7:20 I decided to leave. I would not recommend this place.
I had Kim as my wax expert today and her VIBE and ARUA is so beautiful she made sure I was comfortable. I give this location 10 stars
