I have worked for Salubrity Group since June of this year. I have found the people to be friendly but, due to various problems with the company, whether because of poor business skills or management, I have found they are not a company I would work for. While I was paid when others were not, I have now been laid off due to lack of revenue/money for the payroll. I missed only this past pay period and the services rendered recently since the previous pay cycle ended. Brandi and Brooke are very nice and they made promises to apply the skills I have as a Massage Therapist and failed to keep them. I was told we would be marketing my specific skill sets and then later told they would only market massage service. I was told that to market me as part of the group, I would have to pay a substantial fee to be listed as part of them. I was also hired on as an independent contractor but not allowed to operate as one; instead worked only as an employee would (a technical misclassification of my employment status). I do not write this sort of thing lightly or with animosity, however I feel prospective employees should know what some of us have gone through. Brandi and Brooke, you are nice people and I wish you well. I hope you get whatever issues sorted that you need to sort so you too may accomplish the goals you have for yourselves.
