It was ok had a few items but they need to do better at organizing its a mess
Same close not real clean which could be of covid not getting new merchandise
Good prices, but stock is low. There is not alot to choose from in any of the sections especially the men's Department. It's just not full like it used to be.
The woman working cashier was SOOOOOO rude! I moved from Houston to Dallas 3 years ago and for whatever reason most places in the Dallas area have poor customer service.... but she really takes the cake. She rolled her eyes at people, refused to take a purse out of a lock case for a paying customer and even yelled at a child. I should have got her name but I was too busy putting all my items back. I will not give money to stores with such poor customer service anymore.
I think the employees have metabolism issues. Incredibly slow moving. Hence you get the longest waiting lines! So long that some customers who have been in line so long keep looking at what they're going to buy and then just hang it up close by and leave. Hee hee. Lost sales for Ross!
