Of the three women that worked there that I came into contact with, two was helpful and only one was kind. The store has an obvious market and the styles and sizes evidence that best. Generally speaking, I'd rather shop somewhere smaller and cheaper.
I love Dillards. Got some perfume for $64. They have really nice watches and clothes also. I reccomend them.
Dillard's was open with quality brands on sale. The sales persons were helpful. Very good.
I hate going to this location! The manager who’s name is Carmen (short lady, with highlights in hair) she is rude and is not helpful at all! I tried doing a return not to long ago and she didn’t took it. She will find any excuse and won’t take the return. She also did it to my sister in law about two weeks ago. It’s ridiculous that we have to go to other Dillard even though we live in cedar hill since the management here is awful! We will never go back to this location.
