From the moment we arrived we were greeted with kindness and a nice smile. Everything was great! From the prices to the customer service. Continue doing great works! Thank you for working swiftly! Antonio and Q were very helpful. They were punctual had smiling faces and spirits. They place everything as I like it. They also provided tips on how the living room set will look, and what measurements and angles will be better to sit then up. They both educated me on my delivery and set the expectations for about my others items on the way. I like them and thankful they exceeded my expectations with their delivery method and they assemble my items in a timely manner.

I love my mattress and bed I purchased. The sales person was awesome he was very informative. My issue was with delivery. They took one week to deliver from purchasing date and they gave me a delivery window of 3:30-5:30. They didn't show up untill 8. No one called to update me on the delivery time I had to keep calling to get updates. Once they showed up set- up was fast and professional just the company ties up your whole day for delivery and lacks communication with the customer with updates that's why the 3 stars. I'm very happy with the furniture just not the delivery.

Delivery drivers Dion and Johnathan did a fantastic job delivering furnishing and pointed out concerns of the delivery. It’s really humbling they displayed integrity about the issues and brought them to my attention. Management made things right right. I have furnished my master bedroom and both of my kids rooms at BT Furnishings and I have never had an issue. The furniture is made with good quality material, they have several options to pick from, and the prices are very reasonable. I reccommend anyone looking for furniture to go there first. Customer is service is great just as well.
