With hair coloring suppose to be style and and blow dry . That’s included with the expensive price . I asked her to use to the brush while blow drying and she said my hair doesn’t need the brush because it’s already strait . She left my hair very damp at that. I felt like she was rushed because she had plans. She left the coloring in my hair for ten minutes and said it was “quick color” then rinsed it out. I come home and there is still brown in my hair . I’m pretty disappointed ☹️ I got mixed up with her and Cathy. I was with Cathy the first time I went and I ended up with someone else . Please don’t rush on your customers hair especially when we are paying that high amount . I still left a tip because yes she was sweet and nice. But I did think about the service and I won’t be going back ☹️

Every facial I have gotten here has been amazing, and my skin looks great for months! Beth really knows what she is doing. I have recommended friends, and they love it too! I also really liked the haircut I got with Carol too!
