I have been going to this place for over 2 years now with probably over 50 visits (that is no exaggeration) I have mostly seen Helen who is pretty good depending on her mood, but this this last time I saw the owner who is Phi Phi . In the past I had seen Phi Phi about 5 times and her attitude and routine is the same. The massage starts out good but she stays in the same back area and never focuses on other areas. But what really makes me mad is her cold attitude. She knows that I am a regular customer but treats me very rudely. She cut my time short this last time. I still gave her 30 percent tip and she looked at me with disgust. A loyal customer does not deserve to be treated like this. I am done with McKinney Massage forever. They just lost a loyal customer with me because I was spent a lot of money there in the past. I will look for a new massage place . My 2 years of loyalty is over. I will never recommend this place.

The place is clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly. I felt much better after having an hour fully body massage. I will definitely love to come back soon!

I tried their warm massage last week. Very professional! I like their service because the technicians are nice people. I think mckinney massage is the best massage around this area. Definitely will come back again.

McKinney Massage gave me a great experience. After half an hour massage, I felt like refreshed and totally relaxed. Strongly recommend this place!
