So i was driving on gene snyder last week at bill town headed west when a pods truck was getting on doing about 50mph when i was doing 70mph. So i passed her. I didnt push her off the road. I didnt inconvenience her in any way. I got flipped out anyway. I wish i got a pic of the driver that looked like the singer “pink” but i didnt. So Then i tried for an hour to call pods to report the incident and could not get ahold of anyone at all. So we will see what this does.
Extreme money. Hire movers. Less work.nThe customer service was cool. Delivered on time. They took most of the money we had budgeted to settle. Used them in a pinch.nPlan and save. PODS company is very greedy. Too expensive for what's offered.
They were scheduled to pick up container 3/30/2020 and without prior notification, they moved the pick up day to 4/14/2020.nI went to the online site to get it changed to today and the earliest the can pick it up is a week later.nI called the main customer service number and they said that’s the earliest they could do.nWhat does that means for me? Well, my movers are coming the day after tomorrow, and the dumpster (I was placing new flooring) is coming tomorrow.nNow, since the POD is on my driveway, I can’t have es other of those things completed - which means, I am moving a week later, therefore paying more at my other place.
Worst company ever! Stay away from them! After being charged for delivery and a monthly fee for a pod that they would later tell me that they couldn't move to my new location, they charged me $180 to come pick it up and move it. They told me they would call me in 3-4 days but 2 1/2 weeks later still no call. I called them and they told me they couldn't take it to my new location (they checked while I had to wait on hold for an hour). When I told them I wanted my money back because they hadn't picked it up they said they would BUT instead the charged me another $172 to pick it up and take it back to them. They lie and continue to lie and when you question them they tell you they are making an incident report and will call you but they don't call you and when you call them to see what they are going to do they just start over with more lies and tell you they are making an incident report and this time they will call you back because they have to BUT THEY NEVER DO! Save yourself the pain and suffer and the financial suffering of dealing with this company. BTW check out their BBB status........AND the only reason they are getting 1 star is because I couldn't post this review with out a star...hmmmmmm interesting
Pods does not provide accurate window of pick up of pod. When they give you a 3 hour window be prepared that they will pick up 5+ hours prior to the start of the designated pick up window. I still had things I needed to load and had to get another storage unit to put these things in.nnIf using Pods plan to not have an accurate itinerary or plan to have it delivered and it picked up a day or two before you needed it or do not need it.nnCustomer service denied my claim and was unresponsive when I tried to contact.
