Cj and Nicole approached me over the phone, was very understanding of my needs and took care of me right away with finding me the perfect 10x10 storage unit for my transition out side of Kentucky. I had a storage unit at this location that I set up remotely and all of the staff have been amazing to work with. Most recently CJ helped me and promptly figured out a solution to a dilemma I had. I greatly appreciate her expertise and amazing customer service. I highly recommend this location for anybody looking for storage in the Louisville area!

The ladies that helped us set up or short term storage unit were very helpful! We had a received a large donation of equipment that we didn't have room for in our offices and we called and were able to set up our rental the same day and moved the equipment directly in the same day! So easy! It has been very easy to access the unit to show the equipment and the facility is clean and feels very safe and secure. Would highly recommend using this facility!

We stored our camper here and it was broken into and items stolen along with a couple other campers. The management and the corporate office has yet to do anything about it. They were also parked in front of security cameras. Funny thing is that you have to have a code to get in and out of the facility. About 5k worth of things gone. They won’t do anything unless you purchase the insurance they offer. I wouldn’t recommend this place for storage for anything outside. There’s absolutely no accountability on their part. The camper that was also vandalized in front of us has packed up and gone. We as well are pulling out of this place with ours. Simple to look thru video and see who done it but the office staff gets an attitude with it. Too much work for them I am assuming. Good thing for our own insurance, police report filed. This is our personal experience with this place. Pay a little more for better security elsewhere.
