Maria and Rachel are wonderful employees. We were having trouble activating a new phone and Maria went above and beyond to help us out. Great service and great attitude!
Nick and Eva were amazing! They got me back to an iPhone. Thankful for my recent experience with this location. I left with a new phone, better/cheaper plan, and a smile on my face!
This particular MetroPCS dealership is wonderful. I had had issue with two other stores the same day and this location solved my issues. They even gave me a screen cover for my new phone for all the problems I had with the other stores.nnI have been with MetroPCS for about 4 years and I appreciate when I am appreciated. More businesses need to remember that if not for the customer, no business is sustainable. Service is the one personal, face to face time to impress, or not, the people who keep them in a job.nnThe store on Tennessee in McKinney accomplishes this goal while at least two others in the same vicinity do not.
The workers are always trying to give you the best deal and I think that's awesome...
