I love shopping at Ross, I can ALWAYS find 1-2 or maybe 25 things I've gotta have in here. An amazing selection of discounted/marked down items that everyone will love! Men's, women's, boys, girls, home, bath, bed, kitchen. Quality products at great discounted prices. You've gotta stop in and take a look.
I shop here for the deals, but today, the customer service was compromised. I left the store wishing I had not shopped here in the first place. We do your company a favor by shopping there. The least you could do is provide decent customer service. Not shopping here again, and all because of the way one lady has represented the brand/retailer. Brand is everything and during this visit, Ross SUCKED.
I went to return a clothing piece that my daughter had bought. She didn’t look carefully at it before purchasing to see that there was a hole in the top and had thrown the receipt away. The cashier and the very rude and disrespectful manager said that they could refund me 99 cents for the $24 top my daughter bought. 99 cents??!! This is outrageous and plain robbery. Any other store would at least give you an in-store card to spend for the same amount. The top I brought to return had its tags and everything attached to it. It’s embarrassing for the store to put a clothing piece on the rack for sale that has a hole in it. But it’s even more unprofessional to be rude to the customer and think that the 99 cents you’re offering for a $24 top is generous.
Not as good a selection as usual, but still not bad. Bummed that as of 4/7 the dressings rooms are still closed to try clothes on.
Needs friendlier worker's and the store needs to be organized better. Other than that it's ok.
