Waited in line for pharmacy pickup for a lady named ruth for her to say I wasn’t covered under my insurance. I call my insurance who says everything’s fine get back in line wait again forty minutes combined wait time and she says “sorry it’s $60.” You wanna pay for it? I said I have insurance! She sent me to drop off window saying she isn’t able to input numbers. where a man pharmacy tech was able to resolve it one time with no issue less than five minutes. I will not be back sadly disappointed with the fact you have one job input group identification numbers and take my co pay no thanks I will be going with a competitor for now on.
