I reached out to Sawaroo to buy a spa package for my kids Grandmother's 70th birthday. I spoke to Kiera on 8/11 or 8/12 and she stated she would call me back in 2 days with a package for me after she talked to her facial expert. I called and left a msg on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and today on 8/18 kindly asking for an update. Not one call was returned. I tried to give them time and the benefit of the doubt due to COVID, but not one call was returned. What's funny is that my GF called them on 8/17 and they returned her call the same evening. I left a VM apologizing if I did something as a customer to make them call back (which I know I didn't), but I will certainly have to take my business elsewhere.

Oh my goodness! This place is the best! I got the custom 60 minute facial and I’m in love!! They are so clean, nice, and honest about the products they use, which are all natural by the way. You can even buy all the products they use. But she does not push you to buy! I will be a repeat customer for sure and I will be bringing some friends with me!! Thank y’all so much!!

Definitely recommend this place to go to get pampered and the prices are extremely reasonable. The girls who work here are all super sweet and passionate about what they do! A very Luxurious experience! Naphalie is very knowledgeable about massage and excellent at trigger point, deep tissue, sports, hot stones etc.
