My Gmail and Facebook crashed. Turns out it was a Google issue.nnEven though it was not a problem with Verizon Tim took care of it and I walked out a very relieved and happy customer.
This is a new store and choices were somewhat limited, however, the service was the best I have received at any wireless company. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions plus some I didn't even know I needed to ask. There was no waiting but that may change when more people find out how wonderful this addition is to the Anna community.
The store manager Tim is a breath of fresh air in the ever changing world of cell phones. He made the frustrations and dread of switching from Android IOS to Apple an effortless process. You also get a quirky comedy show from the exchange. Thank you Tim for your patience and vast knowledge of tech to make what could have been a powerful migraine into a smooth landing.
Very unhelpful experience today. First, only one employee caused an hour closure for lunch break. Once it opened, the clerk was uninterested and distracted by his phone. Pointed us toward the wall with phones and then never said another word. Asked about hot spot devices, no response. Never even said a word as we left.
Stopped by the Verizon store in Anna for some information on my new phone and iPad. Tim is brilliant!!! Answered all my questions and helped me with everything I asked about!!!!!
