Omg guys let me tell you the management team this store had before was not so great when it came to providing customer service, but they have a new manager now and she is beyond awesome !! She’s constant looking over her staff and making sure customers are getting the services they should with spectacular CS ! And they are LGBTQ friendly ! ud83dude48
This location is very friendly & helpful! They were able to give me a great deal while keeping my budget in mind!
I cannot possibly express, enough, my dissatisfaction with this location. The staff is undertrained or they just don’t care. Instead of trying to help their customers the have time and time again caused more problems. Horrible attitudes and twice they have tried to scam me into spending unnecessary money for their own personal benefit or gain with never having the intention of helping my situation at all. If it wasn’t for the wonderful T-Mobile experts handling customer service over the phone I would be completely done with this carrier. I will never step foot in the hwy 146 location again.
