I very much enjoyed my treatments at Gruene House Med Spa. Fillers is something I had been wanting to try for a long time and I felt very comfortable with Lacey. She explained everything and answered all of my questions. She was very professional, gentle and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the procedure. I am thrilled with the results. She took lots of before and after shots and the transformation is amazing. The staff is great and the vibe is too! I highly recommend Gruene House Mes Spa and Lacey Williams for your spa procedures!

Amazing!!! She was able to fill a really heavy line/wrinkle on my lower cheek I’ve had problems with for years!! AMAZING. Only trusting this med spa in SA from now on.

The care that I’ve received for my skin and lips has exceeded my expectations. Having never had these treatments before, I was nervous, but Lacey and Mayra always made me feel like I was in excellent and experienced hands. They treat me like they’ve known me for years, and make me feel very comfortable. I am a member and always looks forward to getting care from them. Thank you girls!
