Have been a loyal customer for 8 years. Never once have I had an issue until now. My couches that I have leased from them have started to peel. Tried contacting manager for two months. Always was gone or not available. Finally was to get something from him by sending an email then nothing until I go into store. Says there is nothing they can do since manufacturer warranty has expired. Referred to contract: if they cannot fix or repair, they have to replace with equal or lesser value. Crickets again. Lawsuit is being started for breach of contract. Never buy here. Go to Atlanta rent a center instead.

We paid cash for furniture. Had to go get cash because they don't take cards for purchases that aren't leased. The delivery was late. However, the moving guys were great!
Every so how month they can and will screw up your payments. It has been a constant battle with them. My account usually charges the 5th (per an agreement that this was fine) last month I had the woman go ahead and draw a payment via phone. She drew a half payment. A week later they still drew a whole payment. I called and we worked it out til I was not due until November 15th. It's October 30th and they have drawn a full payment three hours before they open, which means while I was talking and agreed that my account was not due for a whole month, he set up a draw on my account for even before the original due date. This is the not the first time I have had these payment issues, and I am beyond frustrated with this company. DO NOT USE THIS AARONS.
