The lady at customer service when I had previously called before going there refused to give me her name & the cashier that checked me out insisted that I unfold the money that I was handing to her & I heard her say, under her breath that I had a attitude by the way I placed the money on the register. Then she just pulled my cart out of the way with my groceries as fast as possible to attend to the next person were I even had to tear my own receipt off the register tape. Extremely bad customer service & I told the front end manager about my concerns because their attitudes were not right by no means.
I shop here weekly but have to go to longview for a number of products they just don't carry here. The store is too small and adding the alcohol ate up even more space. They need to relocate in town and carry what the customers want.
Always awesome! Employees are great, prices could be better but hey it’s tough all over not just at Sams. I keep coming back just not spending quite as much. It will get better. Thanks Sams Club
One of the worst Sam's Club stores I have ever been to. The parking lot is difficult to get around in on the weekends, the lines to check out/get your receipt scanned before leaving are way too long, and the customer service is horrible. I mean, sure, it's a wholesale store and all, but it does not take that much effort to be polite to customers.
