I was greeted at the door and was immediately shown to the area I asked to shop. Shelby came over to help me when I had some questions about the small appliance I was there to purchase. She was very professional and courteous. She then led me to laptops because I was in the market. She again helped me with all of my questions and then got me to Ishmael, since he had more experience with the programs I am interested in getting for the laptop. Ishmael was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with all of my questions. It was a very good shopping experience. I am always grateful for knowledgeable and professional customer service team members. I also price checked both items, their prices were very competitive.
Very busy
Curtis was super cool, knowledge and professional. Customer service off the charts. Should have started at Best Buy. We just forgot they sold dishwasher s. Home Depot was a joke. Thanks Curtis. See you again real soon.
