They have a lot different things to choose from a one stop shop!
Cashiers were more concerned with gossiping and being on their cellphones. Noone asked to help me, at all, in fact didn't see but 1 person working the floor. What happened to the JC Penny's of long ago with customer service and managers on the floor. I definitely do not know what is wrong with stores not training to take care of customers, but Texarkana Stores all of them, Including JCPenny's are only hurting their own business.

Every employee I spoke with was very nice and helpful. Online pick up is at the same counter as returns- 2 cashier's. It took significantly longer than traditional finding and buying items. I used because of time constraints on my lunch hour. I was late getting back to work and didn't have time to get lunch. Would not use again. Will just wait on shipment to my home in future.
This store has made some changes to refresh the look. However, there are fewer checkout stands. The lingerie dept used to be my go to for everything. And it was known for having staff who knew how to fit you for a bra properly. No longer so. Hard to find a salesperson. The young person I found didn’t know what a camisole was.nCasual jewelry dept is half of what it was. This store is being neglected by upper management, sad to see this happening.
