Ms. Heather made me feel very comfortable also has great deals that take care of her college students. Not to mention her shop is very comforting/clean and she is passionate about what she does. I will definitely be returning!

It's actually at the Commerce Center right on the corner period. There's a big purple flag out in front. Turn off Cane Run Road on to Old Millers Lane and it's right at the corner of the Commerce Center one Warehouse

Heather is honestly one of the best waxers I’ve ever had. She is super helpful if you aren’t comfortable with being waxed or if it’s been awhile. The deal that she has for college students ($19) is honestly no other. I was paying close to $50 for my wax before and it was nothing like this. I will be back for sure!!

Common courtesy goes a long way. When your right your right and when your wrong I have always been taught that you are supposed to make it right. Working 14 yrs in customer service I have done just that. Recently I have went to exquisite lengths beauty and brow bar and I have gotten a ingrown hair treatment. Well heather had convinced me to get the ingrown hair waxing treatment. So by heather doing this for 9 to 10+ years I expected her to be well educated on her craft to know that when a person says that they have sensitive skin she should give the customer the pros and cons of the treatment l. Well I wasn’t granted that option. I went from having a couple hair bumps on the bottom of my face to a whole beard area of hair bumps due to the waxing having a negative affects to my skin. I’ve tried to contact the owner (heather) via email to let her know that the waxing has an detrimental affect towards my face. Seeing that “exquisite lengths beauty and brow” has my contact information No one had called to say I’m sorry or offered any kind of help to assist the situation which is what I call common courtesy. But I did get an email/bill stating that since I didn’t come to my appt I have been charged $50 before I can even reschedule another appointment. Well heather if you are reading this i will NOT be scheduling another appointment. I really hope that if you or ur staff don’t understand that if your going to run a “beauty” establishment that you need to master the beauty part and not have a unsatisfied customer having new low self esteem issues and embarrassing day to day feelings about the way they look. I will never step foot in this place ever, and if I hear anyone talking about this place I will give my personal opinion on how they need to look for another location that offers the same treatments that is more educated on the process and the affects. “PASS ON THIS BUSINESS”
