Josh, Carlos and the rest of the team were fantastic. It’s that customer service that kills my bank account! They convinced me to upgrade when I just upgraded 1st week of October! I just couldn’t decide on a red or black iPhone!! Oh the decisions! Thank you again for being awesome and resolving that other customer’s issue too! Too bad I’m moving, because this has been my go to location for Tmoble!!

A clean retail outlet is a happy retail outlet. I have been having a series of negative events this week, amid Covid19, and went to investigate if my phone was bad, or it was just my chargers.nnVeronica helped me find the issue, and then went to see how I was doing. After a small chat, I asked about the service promotions—some t-mobile customers have great offers available to them. Their prices are better than the other Big Three in cellular work.nnThe store is well laid out, the staff are friendly, the place feels like they clean and scrub meticulously before and after hours. I will be a customer for a long time to come, thank you Veronica.
