I am pleased with the service that I received today. It started with Javier the manager. He was very detailed on the information and had a lot of knowledge on the products I did not feel pushed to getting services and he was absolute sweet. Today i had a scheduled service with our technician (Ioscani Gonzalez) Who was absolutely amazing. He was respectful and took his time in everything. He did not rush and sat on our dining table and explained everything from start to finish. Mr. Gonzalez was here from 3:20pm to 8ish he has a family of his own but made sure we were protected before he left since we have little ones. I highly recommend this Authorized Dealer and Also recommend tech Mr. Gonzalez. Me and my Husband have peace of mind and Thankful for the Experience we had they really did go Above and Beyond !!!!!! ud83dude0a

Keenen was very helpful during the entire process of searching for the best devices for my home, to following up with installation and afterwards to make sure I was happy with the service. He was easy to reach when I had questions, and went above and beyond the scope of his service to make sure he provided sufficient answers to my concerns.

I just had my new system installed yesterday so we will see how it works out for me. My rating is more specific for Ioscani, my tech that came out,. Ioscani provided absolute great customer service and took his time with ensuring that I understood how to utilize the system. He answered all my questions and questions I even had to ask twice. I really liked how he went through all scenarios to ensure my home was well protected and giving me peace of mind. Not to mention my fur baby, Chazz, liked him too.
