It’s okay. I came here because I needed a laptop to work from home and I couldn’t afford it outright. I e been paying my laptop on time except for one occasion when I had stopped working due to covid. They only extended my payment once and refused to do it again. Luckily I went back to work and continued my payments as normal without being late. I just hate that the day your payment is due, they will call you and leave you voicemails, and the payment isn’t even late. I understand calling and reaching out, once the payment is past due, but really? Calling the DAY OF because I’m busy working and I haven’t gotten around to paying it before 11 a.m on Saturday. It’s a Saturday and I’m working. I’ll pay it on my lunchtime. Don’t worry you’ll get your payment before the day ends, no need to call and leave voicemails, especially when I get email and text message reminders that my payment is due (which is fine and what I opt for) . Kinda annoying and irritating. I’m basically at the point where I’m gonna pay off whatever the payoff balance is and be done with them.

I would have given them a five star but they don't deserve a five star from me for one they lie to you about working with you they tell you one thing and then they tell you another I will never rent from them again and I will not recommend my friends or family to them if I want to buy anything I'll just pay cash for it somewhere else I am very dissatisfied.

You know before you ever walk in here that you are gonna pay double what you'd pay if you could buy it outright at Walmart or wherever, but you don't care because can't afford to buy it outright, so this place exists. Bummer. But if you'd like they might throw in a free carrying bag with that overpriced (but still actually very nice and current) laptop or frame with the mattress. So there's that I guess.
