My roommate and I were very frustrated when we arrived at another RAC location. I called this one, and Ruben put us at ease immediately. We went over here, and got 2 beautiful bedroom suits and a couch and loveseat. Ruben was very helpful and got us in and out quickly! Our delivery date is 12/01, and I don't anticipate anything but excellent service! Thank you, Ruben!!

What Appliance Warehouse couldn’t do for me in two weeks (of standing me up, and changing delivery dates last minute twice on the days they were supposed to deliver), Rent-A-Center did for me in one hour. RAC customer service was easy to navigate and impeccable from my online submission, through the delivery. Ruben and Junior were kind and helpful, and Roland went out of his way to deliver AND install my washer and dryer inside my home despite Covid measures. I see the price difference between RAC and AW as an investment, not an expense. I wish I had called RAC earlier.

Just got a sectional yesterday and it is filthy! Literally stains on every cushion. I knew I was getting a used sectional but I thought it would have gotten cleaned before they delivered it. Never had any issues with rentals before from Rent A Center and am sad that this experience is not good. Also witnessed roaches climbing out of the couch! So sad!
