Definitely need faster representatives, can't seem to finalize a sale in 10 mins....definitely the slowest customer service I've seen in a awhile, also don't go here on a hot day either they don't have ac or they want people knowing they're open by leaving the front door open ok I'm doneud83eudd23

This is one of the worst tmobile stores, the people who work here are very rude.nI visited the store yesterday to pay my bill, when I walked in to the store there was a lady at the front counter.nShe was looking at me rudely, i was surprised and i felt I was not welcome at the store. So I went to the other guy whom was helping another customer. So he said he can't help me and told me to go back to the rude lady.
