The pharmacy technicians WILL talk about you your medications and insurance policies when you leave. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.

Horrible customer service!! I called into fill my daughters script and was told it would be about an hour. I arrived an hour later and was told it would be 15 minutes because they said they still need to get it ready (they never started it after I called). I waited about 5 minutes then went to buy other items and paid at a self checkout. I then went back to the pharmacy and still not ready. After another 10 minutes sitting there I received a text to pick up the script. After checking out I still need to wait for the pharmacist for “counseling” which takes another 15 minutes for her to come to the window (I was the only one waiting). Finally she gives me the info and not once does she apologize for the wait or show any empathy. I will be getting all my scripts transferred and will never use this pharmacy again.
A little upset didn't have a item I was looking for
