Funeral Caring USA

My father passed away unexpectedly, and we called around to a few funeral places. We were going to take care of the services with our church but we needed a funeral home to take care of the cremation part of the whole ordeal. This company was the most reasonable in town, and they made this whole process as painless as possible. Sandra was our funeral director, and she was so awesome and professional. She was very upfront, and honest. No hidden fees, and they even got us the flag for my father who was a veteran. Everything was done quickly, and the urn we picked was engraved beautifully. I couldn't have asked for a better experience given the circumstances. I highly recommend this funeral home for professional but reasonably priced services. Thank you again Sandra for all your help.

I don't even know where to start with this place but, I hope that y'all heed my words. I honestly wish that I could give them -50 stars.nMy niece recently passed away and this place has made an already tragic situation even worse. How's that possible you ask? Oh, well let's see:nn•tThey overcharged my sister and took OVER 4 MONTHS to refund her.n•tThe director did nothing to aid during the viewing and even brought anchild with her.n•tMy sister did not get a moment alone to say goodbye to herndaughter.n•tPeople coming into the place, that were not our guests, begannsigning the guestbook as if it were a sign-in log.n•tOh, did I mention that they cremated my niece without notifying usnprior?n•tAlso, (yes there’s more) they released her autopsy report an entirenfracking month prior to informing us when it was supposed to bensuppressed, for the safety of my sister.n•tFinally, the owner of this s**t show, instead of holding himself/ hisnstaff accountable for their errors, decided it best to cast blame onneveryone else INCLUDING my sister.nnYes, blaming the grieving mother was the icing on the worst cake in the entire world. When the military mortuary affairs advise people not to use Funeral Caring USA please listen. We sincerely wish that we had. This place has only caused a large amount of additional grief. The owner and directors seem to only care about their bottom line and covering their own sorry behinds.
