R•O Spa, Boutique & Salon

Wow! This place is AMAZING. We were checking in and I left my husband and grandson to check in while I explored this amazing and wonderful boutique right inside the entrance of the hotel. As soon as we entered it caught my eye and my attention. The salon was immaculately clean and they had the cutest purses and accessories. But not your typical hotel fare. Lot’s of amazing jewelry and hand bags, super cute clothes, and sunglasses. The owner (Roberta) was the most attentive and knowledgeable sales person and personally showed me how one of her bags was so versatile and it was not only a handbag but had enough room that you could use it as an overnight bag because of how roomy it was. I personally have never bought anything from a hotel gift shop but this was so different. Most hotel gift shops are overpriced tourist traps but not this gem. If I had more time I would have totally taken advantage it the salon and the Spa because after I bought my super cute bag other guests told me how wonderful and professional their staff was. If you are in Las Cruces or lucky enough to stay at the Ramada I highly recommend you check them out. You will be happy you did.

Enjoyed the one on one attention you do not get in the mall salons. Felt very comfortable and safe with the COVID 19 precautions being taken by the owner- especially insuring space between other clients. Owner offered me a disposable mask if I would prefer as opposed to using my own cloth mask explaining that small hair cuttings could get trapped in my cloth mask-had not even thought about that! Obviously, the owner takes the time to protect her staff and her clients. Will become a regular customer!

I will never step foot back in this salon, have the owner talk to me like she did at my last appointment.. I don’t know her name but she is heavy set with short hair. She’s not handling this virus correctly or professional.. I already had my mask on she asked me to remove my mask n put one of her mask on I did just so I could finish my hair appointment with my lady Marina.. After my appointment she asked me to go to the restroom remove my mask, wash my face! No lady I will not do as you tell me.. We shouldn’t be removing our mask in public!!! She embarrassed me in front of customers and employees.. I hope she is reported or my be ill do it myself!!! Marina I wish you the best you have always been very respectful to me!

Loved my experience at the Rob O'Brien Salon. The atmosphere is very inviting customer service was great. Andy did such an amazing job on my hair, took his time and made sure I looked and felt great!

A quiet and relaxing atmosphere for a perfect me day. 🥰🥰
