My dad and I went here to get new phones, and the visit was great. The guy who helped us (I can't remember his name but I do know he has dark black hair and a scar on the left side of his face) was extremely knowledgeable and answered any question we had without any kind of annoyance. The phones we got were easy to activate and work extremely well!
Would highly recommend going to this AT&T store for any of your needs. The staff was so nice and even when they got busy they did their best to make sure no one got skipped in line and got to the customers fast as possible. I was looking to upgrade my phone and had called around, even gone to other AT&T stores in the area to see who had the best stock. Ended up coming back to this store which had the best customer service in the area just for my upgrade. Even though the wait was long the staff made sure we enjoyed our experience. Thank you to Ashley and all the wonderful staff at this store. Keep up the good work!!
I always have a wonderful experience when I come to this store. The staff is so patient and kind, and they always go above and beyond! Also shout out to Ashley and Julio for being absolutely amazing and so helpful!!!
This is my favorite AT&T store. The people here go above and beyond to be helpful. We have worked with Ashley a couple of times, and she was wonderful with helping us. Highly recommend.
The Assistant Manager Ashley helped me link my new Samsung galaxy watch3 to my number with no problems while holding a conversation with my wife and I.. great experience... and also great staff!!!
