Great job Renter Center!
We've been doing business here off and on for years. As soon as we walk in the door, the employees greet us immediately. They answer all our questions and concerns. We've never had an issue with the items we got. We love Alvin and his employees. Great people to do business with.
My husband and I went in to look at refrigerators for our new place. They didn't have the one I wanted but it will be coming in next week. Alvin made the process so easy. Not only that but he's going to lend us one until ours comes in so we're not without one. Thank you for making our move a bit less stressful. I will do business here again and highly recommend everyone I know who is looking to rent to own.
Poor communication with a good customer that’s been there for years.. I bought several things and paid off multiple items.. the manger is rude and does not care about the customer at all.. was told I would receive an item on a certain day.. and totally just ignored and forgot about the customer... I think I’ll take my Business elsewhere... lost a good customer..if I could rank there service it would be no stars.. poor service...
Love them, used renta center in dallas for many years. So love them
