Went in today to return what I thought was defective merchandise and the women working immediately took care of me. Was very patient and listened to my concerns. Customer service was amazing I will definitely be returning here for all my gaming needs!!

Manager there is very rude, zero people skills. Used to love coming to this place to chit chat and talk about upcoming events. Will not be coming back to this store, sad to see this place go downhill.

beware of xbox game pass, every time i end my subscription i have to completely start over on games that i own on CD. Xbox will no respond to your request for help.
