After years and years with Verizon, I jumped ship! I jumped because of the amazing service I received from Joshua at the Temple location by Scott & White. I went to Verizon first, let's just say I walked out without a phone and the service was next to nil. Joshua is absolutely an asset to AT&T and I'm stoked about my new phone and service.
Went to the store with a ton of problems but Joshua got me solutions. Definitely had a great experience setting up a line with Joshua. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and set me up with the best deals possible. 10/10 would recommend him.
Went to get a surprise gift for my partner here, Joshua was so helpful and was very easy to work with 10/10 one of the best experiences I have had at a mobile store! Associates like Joshua are the reason I switched to AT&T! Wish I could give more starts!
