I was very excited in the beginning and what seemed to be a good place to have my cell hooked up by. However after I had paid 29.00 for a simple phone case, the darn thing didnt work. So I with all simplicity with and took it back it had only been 8 days,but as with every other place they hire unprofessional young people (not all young people are this way).I went into the store explaining how the new item did not work and the young lady told me no refund or exchanges on any of their accessories, its stated on your receipt, uhuh you can see it after the sale.I said oh wow so im stuck with the bad merch.she said you should have read that be for you bought it maam.I was hot. They called another sister store in harker heights and the boy Chris said to ask me if it took me 8days to realize the wallet case wasnt working properly. Lol these young immature folks are in older responsible people positions are ruining these companies with their disrespectful attitudes. I called the complaint line and safe to say I spoke to a real person who fixed my problem He was older and very respectful and took the 29.00 of my bill because he couldnt do anything else. So that's my review of this joint on the inside very rude.

It was very quick and easy just wish they didn't change the customer $3.00 to pay the phone there at there store!!
