I placed an order online due to COVID. Online stayed 2-3 days for delivery. I contacted the store on Saturday and they stayed due to the system the order hadn’t come through yet. That they only delivered to my area on Wednesday and it should be ready by then. No further contact made by the store. I called this morning to confirm and was placed on hold. The manager (I assume) got on the phone to tell me the washer and dryer I ordered was actually already sold and they didn’t know when they could get another set it could be Friday. I asked if they could make sure because I’m coming up on a week without a set because I sold mine because I was under the impression based on their website that it would be 2-3 days. I was told maybe Friday. I got upset and asked if anything could be done, I was told they didn’t receive my order until 7pm last night and they were closed. This was not my fault as I placed my order Saturday. I was basically told nothing could be done, they started blaming me and being rude. I had to end the call by saying we can argue all day long, this was terrible customer service and that I would be going elsewhere.nnCalled another place and they went out of their way to locate the set I wanted and are delivering same day. I will never do business with the Temple location again. So unprofessional.

Aarons is a great place to get nice furniture and always go to the Belton location these guys are glad to give you a good deal.
