Went to Amazon desk to return a few items. Was easy, quick, friendly personable staff. Cashiers in store are efficient. Store is well lit, clean and spacious.

I am extremely disappointed in Kohls, I went early on a Sunday morning and was looking in the shoe department. Found a knife that had apparently been used to cut an alarm off a pair of shoes as there was an empty box as well. Problem being is I did not see the knife until I had my finger cut on it. It took me over 15 minutes to even locate an employee. At that point the employee just took the knife and turned around and walked to the front of the store as if I had interrupted his plans. Nothing else.
SHIRT CAUGHT FIRE! (CROFT AND BARROW Flannel shirt). While my husband working a SPARK hit his shirt and went up in flames. He had layers due to the weather. A thermal shirt, a Croft and Barrow over that and another Croft and Barrow Flannel over that. Flames shot up in the air. A co-worker was patting him down to put out the fire. The top shirt was ripped off of him. It continued to burn on the floor. The second flannel was also on fire. This is a picture of the second Flannel. Tried many times to contact Kohls. They did nothing.
