WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A STORAGE UNIT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING A UNIT WITH THIS LOCATION. The walls don’t even come up all the way, and the “ceiling” is made out of a plush material, if you push hard enough on the material it will lift up and you can literally see into the units next to you. The gap opens wide enough to fit a body through it. I had EVERY SINGLE PAIR of my shoes stolen from me, over $12,000 worth of sneakers gone. The front desk was not helpful AT ALL. I pulled up, and some guy immediately asked me what was wrong, looked very suspicious. Why would you ASSUME something is wrong? I could’ve been there to purchase a new unit, but he immediately assumed something was wrong. I told him I had all my stuff stolen from my unit, not only did he not help in the slightest, he didn’t even ask me my unit number, nor verify if I had the additional protection on the unit, his only comment was “well you have to file a police report” and walked away. Unless you want everything that’s small enough to be slid into the next unit stolen from you, I don’t recommend using this place at all. Extremely unprofessional, and not secure at all. They want you to purchase a lock from them and then have it still accessible by your neighbor in the next unit. Absolutely ridiculous.

***WARNING*** don't store your stuff here. Mine and several other units were broken into. They don't bother to notify you that your property, has been stolen and try to cover it up by putting another lock on hoping you won't notice. No apologies or explanation.

Confirmed pickup location as this store and it was changed to Louisville without my knowledge.. The big guy covered in tattoos specifically a 513 tattoo, told me to take my trailer to Bardstown road so a new tire could be put on and he'd add extra miles.. Come to find out, those miles were never added and they didn't document I needed a new tire. So I'm paying for extra miles that I had no choice in using all because an ASSOCIATE didn't do his job... RIDICULOUS! Also, he flirts with the female customers and its gross.

not a fan of being lied to and not informed about my vehicle. Had an appointment to put a hitch on my truck. Waited 6 hours after the time it was to be completed to call them and see what was wrong, only to be told the wrong parts were ordered and I have to wait 3-4 business days for the correct ones to come in.

Reserved a trailer online and picked up the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Pouring rain, and only one person working, so they were soaking wet, and still had to come in and out to hook up trailers and set people up with trucks. Amber still was professional and helpful through the whole process.
