I ordered a cake smash cake for my son’s first birthday pictures. I sent the picture of what I wanted and they told me they could easily do this cake. We go to pick up the cake today (a day before the photo shoot) and the cake looks as if a child tried to decorate it. It looks nothing like the picture I sent. The quality is terrible and the writing looks like scribbles. I honestly think my husband could have done better. They informed us there was no way to fix the cake cake today and since the photo shoot is scheduled for tomorrow, I do not have a cake now for the pictures and I am now having to cancel the shoot. I am completely devastated right now. I will never use this company again. This happened to us a couple years ago with a cake for a party which wasn’t as big of a deal, but this was for first birthday pictures and it needed to look good. I am so upset. Never again.

Great place to stop near the end of the Big Four Bridge. Delicious breakfast all day and fresh pastries. Fun to get Italian classics like cannoli and tiramisu. The coffee's not bad either. Nice friendly atmosphere. Made my day!

We tried stopping in here today (Black Friday) at 3:02 PM. We were shooed out the door by someone who said they were closed at 3:00. All we wanted to do was pick up a pre made item to take to a family members home that was hosting us for Thanksgiving but that made no difference to the rude staff. I don't know if their registers were shut down but we could have paid in cash too. Fine, we'll take our business elsewhere. Website says they are open until 5 but I understand Black Friday might affect their house so I purposely called to confirm and could not get a human on the phone. The automated system confirmed business hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 to 5. If you're closing early at least update your phone system so people know. There was a sign on the door that indicates a 3 pm closing time but no one would know unless they drove all the way to the shop only to find it was closed early. Poor customer service!

We ordered a birthday cake for our son and we sent a picture of what we wanted and they were able to do exactly what we wanted. We will continue to use Adrienne bakery for our cake needs.
