NORM AND HIS STAFF ARE SUPER. I'VE PURCHASED A LOT OF PRODUCT AND VERY HAPPY WITH THE SALES AND SERVICE. FROM SALE TO DELIVERY I WAS TREATED VERY WELL.

Terrible customer service. Took over 2 months for 3 end tables to be delivered. Sales associate also lied about calling and leaving a voicemail detailing the delay. After we called to check on the order for the initial deliver we were told it would be another week for the delivery since all of the pieces were not shipped. Will never buy from here again. Save time and a headache and just go to Ashley’s in Jackson, seeing as this is just a subsidiary of that parent company.

Everyone is super nice attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Love this store.

Went to buy a new mattress set and I couldn't even get anyone out of the office to talk to me!
