I'm leaving the review to this location at a 1, if I could give a lesser review I would. The reasoning for this is not the store itself as it was no different than other Walgreens I had visited in the past, but the employee, Stacy, working while I visited was incredibly short tempered and rude. Not just to myself but to my stepfather as well. Not just on the phone but in person as well. We had called in regards to printer ink and for my understanding was very rude when she spoke with him. Upon arriving we had walked in and asked for the location of the Band-Aids in the store and she completely ignored us. While checking out we had asked her about the discount and buy one get one 50% off and she told us that it was only if you had a store rewards account etc, when I went to ask her about how we go about getting a rewards account she looked at me roll her eyes and said "with a phone number" and pointed at the credit card pad. At this point I took the hint that she didn't want to do her job so I paid for the ink and left.
I like the store but won't be returning due to this employee, Stacy, From the way she acted this wasnt something unusual and probably acts as such regularly. I personally won't be talked to and dealt with like this as a paying customer.
They make a good product. I love the Same Day pickup option and the recent 50% off coupon.
