I recently had a problem with a game I bought at GameStop I've been buying games from Gamestop here in Tooele for over 5 years and never once have I had a problem with a game, everything has work correctly however when I went to buy the Assassin's Creed Ezio Edition and got home to play it wouldn't play in fact it crashed my PS4 system all together so I called the store told them the problem I was having, they agreed to refund me so when I went in to get my refund for the game they did more than that, they absolutely went above and beyond the customer satisfaction and delivered the wow factor, they renewed my membership and gave me a discount and a refund to re-buy my game the Tooele GameStop deserves a high-five and a shout-out for excellent service and let's not forget the guy who made this all possible Andrew
Friendly helpful employees. They had different items I haven't seen other places. I was specifically looking for a birthday gift for my son who was turning 18.
I've tried to call everyday for the past 3 days to see if they have an item in stock. I keep getting "all of our sales reps are busy please try again later"
The employees here are really rude. They made fun of me for buying 2 copies of the same game so my brother and I could play together and they also yelled at my friends to not swear when they weren’t even talking, let alone being vulgar. They sneer at you if you ask any questions and they are very pushy about making you sign up for a GameStop pro account. You’re better off just ordering the stuff online. I am always very uncomfortable coming here.
This is the worst GameStop to come to ever they never have anything and the employees don't know nothing they won't actually help you with any problem you have so just use the extra gas and go to salt lake cuz this game stop you won't find what you need and you sure as hell ain't going to get helped
