Quick and easy! I appreciate that they were able to get me in and out during this crazy time. They asked if I wanted them to set up my phone or if I wanted to do it myself. I chose to go home and do it I didn’t want to be out and about that long so it was nice of them to offer both services. This made me feel safe and cared about my health.
Poor customer service. The store was basically empty. There was only 1 couple besides me. I was in there for like 20 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. I said I wanted to look at the new Samsung s20 phones, thinking they would come show me the phones and the differences in the models. Instead nothing. The woman jousted nodded her head. I waited another 10 minutes to see if one of the sales reps would still come over, but nothing. So I left and ordered a new phone online.
Too busy talking to their friends at the store to ASK if we needed assistance. Tooele Utah may seem like a last stop on the freeway #leavingUTah to those who have not been in other broken-down #cityStates further West...but there are worst places than this town that make #USnewcomers out here #Grateful4Utah.

SO GLAD THIS PLACE IS STILL OPEN AT THIS CRAZY TIME!!! They helped me get a new phone after mine broke and was panicking that I wouldn’t be able to get a new one. The store was very clean as well which made me feel better.
