We were looking for a phone for my mother. We have been back three time for help. The team were all very helpful and understanding. They answered our questions. While we were they they told use about some great deals. We walked out with three new phones. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you Sir for all your help. Kudos

Wanted to set up dual sim and was given the run around several times before they actually committed to setting it up. 3 trips to the store later, they set it up within 5 minutes. In addition to the issues with setting up an esim on my account, they couldn’t answer basic questions such as how returns work. I was asked to come into the store before they could even attempt to answer basic questions about returns and before they would look into my account, stating they don’t “like to look into accounts if your not in the store” which I found not to be true by calling a different location. I did not receive a call back as promised and would rate my overall experience a 2/5. The gentlemen did do a good job installing my screen protector. Overall it seemed either they did not want to help or they were too busy to help.

How can you pay off a phone. And no one knows what phone was paid off? No one knows what 466.55 dollars went to. They definitely need more and better training. 466.55 is alot of money. And ive paid my phone off and I want to unlock it from att. Its mine and has been paid for in full.

Just started new services there today and Sir was amazing very helpful and patient with us with all our questions and issues .... best customer service experience I've ever had with a phone company !

My experience with AT&T in Tooele has been phenomenal! I've been helped by Kaeden who was professional and highly, highly knowledgable about AT&T products and promotions. I have been back several times since my initial visit, and have always been provided top notch service by Kaeden. I would highly recommend visiting this location, as I have been to several other AT&T locations in the state of Utah (and out of the state) and the Tooele location has provided by far the best service I've ever experienced due to Kaeden's knowledge, and professionalism. I never feel like I'm being rushed, or pushed into doing anything I am not fully aware of. Thanks for being great AT&T Tooele!!
