Okay, I'm a little irritated. I went to the store in person and could not find anyone to help me. There was no one in the garden section and I asked for help with the Ring doorbells and no one ever came. I found one item I wanted to purchase and all the self checkouts were closed and there was only one register open. We left without purchasing anything. The next day I called in to ask about the lawnmowers and financing options and was on hold for a long time. It's not just Lowe's. It's like this everywhere now.

I like shopping at the Greeneville Tennessee Lowe's store. Most of the employees are helpful and pretty efficient and the cashiers are well groomed and friendly as well as being quick. I usually see stuff at Lowe's, perhaps even find it at another store, but like today I returned to purchase the intended item. I immediately opened and began using the s carbineer lock key ring set. It'll be handy getting in the house to give someone a house key off my chain quickly and easily and if I have any issues with the product I already know the customer service department will get the job taken care of handily.

Products are usually fine. Currently, lumber in ridiculous in terms of price. It's usually overcrowded inside and the parking lot is packed. Sometime the staff can help with what your looking for, sometimes they have idea what you talking about.

Nice clean store I was helped by Crystal she helped get my item from the self and she is the one to ask me if I needed help she had great customer service and Louise check me out very friendly and again great customer service. Lowe's Greeneville TN needs to retrain customer service in lumber dept. Needed a 2x4 cut in half and 3 associates could not manage to even acknowledge my existence as I waited for 15 minutes with no response. They were more concerned with loading 1 truck. I spend a fair amount of money there and I believe the service is only getting worse. Better tighten up lowe's you'll be in trouble if home depot comes to town
