Beau was awesome. I told him what I needed and how much I could spend. He took me to what I could afford explained the difference between the beds and how the adjustable beds differed. He didn't try to up sale me something I couldn't afford. He was very helpful, friendly and caring. Thank you Beau for making this a pleasant experience.
Neal Lindsey, the store General Manager, took the time to listen and to educate instead of applying "sales technique" (read "pressure"). My wife and I came away with a purchase decision that we are very happy and excited about! 5 Stars!
Giles was excellent, very knowledgeable about the options available, was patient with our toddler, and made the process quick and easy. Smaller store, but that's what I prefer so I don't get overwhelmed with options. The 3 month also guarantee is great too. Would go back again!
We had a great experience. Neal was professional and knowledgeable and got us what we needed in about 20 minutes. We just needed a guest room bed and I feel like we got a great deal. Would definitely recommend.
It was nice and easy. I had done my research and had three mattress I wanted to try before I got there. Neil showed me the mattresses and helped me decide which one was best for me. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. My mattress is due to arrive anytime.
