Large selection, great prices, and very friendly staff

Ordered a dining room table and chairs plus two additional head chairs. Table and one head chair were delivered damaged. Was told by the delivery folks that they are not given enough straps for the trucks and this was a regular occurrence. We agreed to take the table because my wife said she could fix it with a furniture marker. Well they took the chair and the next week, they tried delivering the SAME broken chair!! Told them to take it back. We then had to wait for a new one to be delivered. Store manager Holly agreed that we were get a credit for the table and then a credit for the chair. I wasn't asking for the whole cost, just some goodwill to a customer who spent A LOT of money. When I called to inquire as to the status of my credit, they changed their story and told me just to call corporate. I have done that and of course have STILL not heard back. Will never shop here again and will make it known to everyone I meet not to come here. An extremely frustrating experience that cost me more money in the long run.

We love the product we picked at Tullahoma store.nGiving it a 1 star becasue they gave us a date a time for delivery and they didn't deliver. Didn't even call to let us know for the delay or what's going on. I had to call 3 times to find out. Very disappointed. I dont think I would shop there again.
